Programs Overview

FGTC offers an array of gymnastics classes. Beginning with the Recreational Programs where toddlers through highschoolers can build a solid foundation for success. Our professionally trained staff has developed a curriculum that is designed to develop each child’s gross motor skills, balance and coordination in a fun, non-competitive environment which simultaneously enhances cognitive, emotional, and social development. FGTC’s unique curriculum is based on the development of the individual child. Our classes are not only divided by a child’s age but by the child’s physical and social abilities too. FGTC’s developmental curriculum offers classes beginning with the Tiny Tumblers (parent-assisted) for toddlers; Little Flippers for preschoolers; Beginners and Advanced for gradeschoolers; and Trampoline and Tumbling for the middleschoolers and highschoolers. Those children whose physical abilities have progressed beyond the Recreational Program are invited to participate in the Competitive Program. The Competitive Programs is also based on a developmental curriculum which takes into account the physical and emotional abilities of the individual child. It is a program designed to make the journey of the competitive gymnast a successful one building a solid foundation to enhance the self-esteem, and physical and mental abilities of the child.

Our Camps are available during the winter, spring, and summer. Our professionally trained and safety certified staff have developed a curriculum to fill your child’s day with gymnastics fun. Each weekly session combines physical fitness, gymnastics instruction, and play including obstacle courses, trampoline games, and movement challenges all under the careful supervision of our trained instructors.
