Girls Competitive

The Developmental Team Program is designed to challenge and develop the skills of 4 - 8 year old girls. The program concentrates on enhancing the young gymnast's flexibility, strength, balance and most of all, self-esteem in preparation for entry into the competitive program.

The focus of Level 1 is to introduce gymnasts to competition in a low pressure, positive environment. Basic skills are reinforced and training is set forth by USAG (the sole governing body of gymnastics in the USA) guidelines. All gymnasts in these levels ages 5-9 are evaluated for and may participate in the TOPs Program which is a program that evaluates physical abilities to identify talent.

A level 2 gymnast is introduced to a more serious training regime for preparation to compete in USAG sanctioned competitions. All level 2 gymnasts ages 7 - 11 are evaluated and may participate in the TOPs Program which is a program that evaluates physical abilities to identify talent.

A gymnast in these levels in introduced to a more serious training regime for preparation to compete in USAG sanctioned competitions and must demonstrate a high level of commitment and discipline towards the sports. All Level 3 - 10 gymnasts ages 7 - 11 are evaluated for, an may participate in, the TOPs Program, which is a program that evaluates physical abilities to identify talent.
Intensive Team

The Intensive Gymnastics Program is designed for the gymnast that seeks to further his/her competitive gymnastics career. The gymnasts are put through a rigorous training program so that he/she may perform at his/her optimum ability. This program requires maximum effort and commitment from the gymnast as well as from the parents/families. All member of the Intensive Gymnastics Program will be evaluated and may participate in either the Future Stars Program or the TOPs Program.

Participation in the program is by invitation only and is determined through an evaluation. All gymnasts in the program must train the number of hours assigned and compete in State, Regional, National and International competitions. They will also be required to attend all the competitions set forth in the competitive calendar and attend the intensive summer program.
